I expected at least upgraded shower and bathroom fixtures including a bathtub on the master bedroom for a 30M house... that space is so cramped!

That trench in the backyard though it is covered with steel grills is not a good idea due to it might be an accident-prone area. Also, it will require frequent maintenance from dirt and clog water due to dengue propagation. The master bathroom sink is outdated but the walk-in closet is among the best in this house design.

instead of taking out such a large sum from the bank loan , my view on this will be , just get a lot and renovate a container house , bet the price won't be that range to live comfortably, unless that person is fully loaded to chip into this kind of property vs live freely without a debt from bank that need to paid off > 5 years or 20 years

Why didn’t they design the bedroom and toilet doors to have the same equal Heights? Right now one is taller and the other shorter which looks so uncoordinated especially iif they are closely located to each other. Just observing such small details but counts a lot.

He always start with the Master Bedroom, not a good idea. That trench/location in the backyard is poorly designed, not sure why there's one in the first place. That dark wood side storage in the kitchen is out of place, looks like an afterthought to compensate lack of enough overhead kitchen cabinet. Wasted/dead space under the staircase. I didn't see the Toilet bowl in the Master Bedroom. Missing a family room on the 2nd floor, its nice to have one Rating: 5/5 for 30M.

The bathroom was too small for a master bathroom. If I have to spend millions for a house I want my master walk in closet massive and master bathroom with jacuzzi or atleast a bathtub.

We or I would like to here comments like unique materials used, terminologies apt for a house tour. You can give informations in a few words brief but comprehensive.

Si sir Jake kasi is a real estate broker, if you are looking for a more precised terminologies on different functionality of certain house area, a presentor must be in the background of architecture or interior design since it requires deep knowledge and background with the latest trend on construction and design.

He could have done both. It's fine to picture out the possible arrangement of furnitures & appliances since the house is not staged. And while doin so, he could have mentioned some major finishes such as the flooring, kitchen counter top, stair tread and so on like what he did on the door & kitchen cabinet.🙂👌
