That island counter is indeed huge! That 2nd flr. garden & pantry are very rare. The bedrooms are huge as well even the maid's quarter. The downside is there's no powder rm. Overall, not bad for its price. Btw, you say it right, finally! it's a "4-car carport". Kudos to you sir!🙂👍
Superb well prepared presentation that this superb home deserves. Auxiliary kitchen instead of dirty kitchen is very appropriate. I wouldn't prepare food in a dirty kitchen. Description of the home is well delivered and clear. It is a fantastic well appointed home !
Sa akin opinion, the price of the house is ok. Sayang Lang ang extra pantry and kitchen Sa second floor, instead Sana ginawang na Lang ng extra bedroom, no powder room Sa ground floor. The garden is simple. The presentation is excellent
The house is appropriate to accommodate an art collection due to the gallery like hallway with spotlights. Only missed out detail is the absence of a powder room. I'm very interested.
I thought it's a 4 bedroom plus den convertible to another room. Talagang 4 bedroom lang pala. They forgot a powder room for guests. Papasok pa sa bedroom.
As I said before in the earlier preview, this is one of the best modern contemporary design I have seen lately. However, there is only one thing that I do not like, that is the neighbor's unfinished block wall beside the property, it looks unpleasant.
The Area/Space allocations are out of proportion and not practical actually. In shirt, poor Space planning. The Architectural designing though is acceptable. Include nonsense Space that could have been well planned more effectively than just after thoughts. The property strength is on its superb build quality. But if this house fits your requirements and expectations for this price then why not?
