I'm from South Carolina and I have a niece who goes to school in Houston and she said she's never coming back to South Carolina, and personally I can't blame her.
@@skmaster99 Better than it used to be at least. I remember back in the 70's and 80's the smog was so thick most days you couldn't even see downtown unless you were within a mile or two. Winter is always the best time for decent viewing conditions, right after a cold front pushes through. I'm guessing you got this footage around that time of year?
FROM MY EXPERIENCE: There is a lot to experience and explore in Houston, and the fairs and rodeo they have is awesome! The thing is, you have to drive a lot just to get to one place. There are a lot of parks too. One thing that gets me is the weather, because of the hurricanes. Hopefully there won't be any this year, but the weather here is unpredictable. The schools are good. I live right next to a elementary, middle and high school. There are a lot of restaurants and MOST of them are good. If you ever consider eating there, I HIGHLY recommend you eat at Texas roadhouse or Lupes.( I think I spelled that wrong) Houston is good overall.
This an old comment but my brother if you come, make sure it’s between November to April lol. And I say that as it’s nov 6, 2022 and 77 degrees at 10pm. We’re still waiting on fall

This is NOT the Houston skyline this is (ONLY ) downtown. The Texas Medical Center is just as dense as downtown and UPTOWN HOUSTON compares to ATLANTA's entire skyline overall Houston has 10 Skylines spread across the Greater Houston METROPOLIS due to lack of zoning laws.

Most of this footage is from 2017 and there are strict laws now on drones but they are honestly not enforced. Here in Houston the police stop and just think it’s cool lol. Just say your doing a UH project or something 😎. And yea man all my footage is free to use I just ask for credit

Beautiful, just not as nice as Chicago. Chicago has more +1,000' tall buildings than any city in North America. A massive downtown and Metropolitan area. Having a city right on the ocean called Lake Michigan really helps also.
@@derekk6906Houstons probably not as nice but it definitely don't have a small skyline. The city has skylines 15 to 20 miles outside of the downtown area. Most videos on RU-vid only show the main skyline you can check my page
Houston skyline is very beautiful and massive. The skyline in my town here in Michigan is a 3 light main street and church steeple. I could see the other skyline in the distance in the video. Houston and Texas are growing so fast, everybody seems to want to move there. Hope Texas doesn't lose it's charm.

Thanks!!! I really appreciate it. The autel Evo is out now I believe I haven't had a chance to test one out. I started flying on a p3s. It's a good drone but you are limited with 1080p and having to use wifi connection. I love my X star premium I would compare it to a phantom 4 but more responsive and definitely more hands on. It's a night and day difference from a p3s. I'm on my third unit and haven't switched over to something else.

sweet I've heard the police are pretty cool. I've flew drone at Walter hall park and ask a sheriff if i can he said as long as i go fly far away from a bunch of people. I am surprise you were good at centennial because when i checked the website and the place it said its a no drone zone.
