Yes, the Houston is amazing 😍❤! You can get a house at as low as $250k to $300k till this date despite being the 4th largest metropolitan area of the U.S🇺🇸! 2 to 3 years ago I used to see massive size houses in Houston at approx. $400k. But it's good 😊to see that housing price remain stable in Houston. Though the housing price & fed. interest rates sky rocketed! THANK YOU FOR SUCH AWESOME TOUR ❤☺👍🏿!!

It's much better to keep paying a good chunk amount as a property tax rather than buying the property at a humongous amount & too paying the huge taxes every year😊!! I know later can be useful as per your POV that you get an tax cut on mortgage of the house/property. But it got worse when so called "tax the rich government"(left government) put the burdens of their tax policies on the intial income classes (salaried & self both) rather than actual multibillion dollars corporation taxes which they falsely claim to tax! Hypocrisy at the peak 😄!
Thank you jackson and Jojo for covering this community. I'm not sure why nobody eles is covering it especially at this stage where the homes/models of homes are cheapest that you can find in all houston. Also first community in the north east area. Can't wait to see it in person. Thank you
The homes look nice.. Are the lots included? These places are nowhere near the Woodlands (25 miles) and 40 miles from downtown. And you better have flood coverage

you get what you pay for in texas. The electric grid is what you need to be concerned about if you want power first and fast emergency response time your going to have to pay the premium.
I miss those big houses of houses of Houston etc. Hoping you make your way to my childhood area Lakewood forest. People in California would consider most mansions. It doesnt compare. Your entertaining 😮😮😮!

Finally someone did a video on this new community it’s beautiful I went to the Trails when it flooded really bad a couple months ago and all the houses are A oh K I specially went when flood warning were in place. However there were some near by places that were flooded. Since the community is so close to 99 we had no problem getting in and out without driving into flooded streets.
