Love woodland and Sugarland, my sister stays at Katy and my brother at Pearland. I love trees but also love shops and offices and recreation centers and restaurants to be nearby.

I am living in Miami now, I’m homeowner with the empty nest, now I need put my house in sale ( $550) to pay my residual mortgage ( $260) and to take the my money to buy a new home without monthly payment( buy cash) BUT unfortunately I don’t know the “ good” place to live in peace, relax, good location, supermarket close to my neighborhood, my husband 69 and my age 63, I don’t know that to do?🤦🏻‍♀️ I need a plan to travel and know places, neighborhood, “ good zone” because everybody said… the best place is my zone”🤷🏻‍♀️ yeah right🙄 may be theses person lives in flood zone and they didn’t know when they bought. I want only a floor, high ceiling, big kitchen, 3 /3, I don’t care a “ big yard”, or not close school, I only need a beautiful house to live in peace.I live in Miami, Kendall specifically. Please can you help me to choose the correct place?. Thanks in advance.

Regarding the trees, a lot of people also are afraid of what may happen when those tropical storms and hurricanes come through there, so don't want to have a bunch of trees near their house. I love trees, but I really don't think I'd want them within falling distance of my house or having their branches flung towards me in 100+ mph winds. 😂

Hello Jackson, I've been watching some of you videos with Joe Joe and I'm moving to the Houston area (North east to Northwest) Conroe, Humble, Atascocita Magnolia, Tomball, Spring, New Caney. Looking for a 1story with a max budget to about 425K, over 2k Sq Ft, 3-4 br 2+ ba, walkin closets and possibly with soaker tub and shower. We love to entertain and no kids at home. Dude, you're killing me, lol. The locals pronounce it {kirk n dial} or {kurk n dahl}. I have a Jewish friend who insists the name is that of a Jewish decent and the "proper" way to pronounce it is {kyke n dahl}. Either way, far from how you're currently prounouncing it. You're welcome... lol. I'll be reaching out soon, plan on moving back that way very soon.

It was named after a German immigrant from the 1800s who owned a lot of the land that it cuts through. The name is usually believed to be of Dutch origin. There are some who insist the pronunciation is "kyke n dahl" like you said, but like everything, where you come from sometimes dictates how you pronounced it ... Dutch, German, etc. I'm sure a lot of Texans go to California and get laughed at when they try to pronounce "Sepulveda". Or some people find it funny when people put "the" in front of numeric highway/freeway names. In the end, humans are all weird. 😂
