This is a very fast drive eastbound on Interstate 10 from Houston to New Orleans -- 375 miles in 10 minutes, or the equivalent of 2,500 MPH. The drive begins in Katy, Texas, and follows I-10 through Houston, Beaumont, Lake Charles, Lafayette, across the Achafalaya River wetlands, over the Mississippi River, Baton Rouge, and into downtown New Orleans.
