Hovercraft from Southsea to Ryde Isle Of Wight, join us for this complete experience of flying across the Solent to the Isle of Wight via Hovercraft
Hovertravel provides the fastest route across the Solent to and from the Isle of Wight from Southsea to Ryde with the journey taking around 10 minutes.
A day return is currently £25.10 for and adult and £12.40 for a child (aged 5-15 years). The hovercraft and the frequent buses on the Isle of Wight which are £10 for travel all day allows easy access to Blackgang Chine, the Needles, Robin Hill, Carisbrooke Castle and some wonderful seaside villages such as Shanklin and Ventnor.
On the Southsea side there is a fun fair and a Hoverbus that can take you into the city of Portsmouth or the Historic Dockyard to visit the Mary Rose, HMS Victory and the Spinnaker Tower.
