One of my bucket list...i hope one day to visit India and do yoga program... in Belize we don't have much yoga here.bur I self train..pray one day I meet a real yogis in India. ☺💛

I think the Yoga program is the program of reorganizing body yourself (mindset and health). For human, mindset comes from the information (knowledge) - read more, meet more, think more, ... and body comes from natural way to connect with body: meal, drink, walking, sitting, ... and in the end you will understand the natural meaning of you and universe. At that time you will know exactly who are you, what do you want from life and many thing. So becoming an yogist, you need to collect more and more experiences and have the time to think about passing experiences to figure out the meaning of these lessons.

this is a transcendence. normally when people break the wall of so called mind level, real bliss come into experience that is the true happiness and knowledge..

Awesome. My body is rigid now, I am doing exercise to dissolve most of the rigidity to prepare my self for Hatha yoga, hopefully, soon I will be ready.
