Amazing practice! Even though I’ve learnt few other yoga practices from Isha, this is one of the practices I do regularly! Helps me to stretch upper back and lower back and relieve stiffness because of sitting for long hours

Thanks for the post master Sadhguru yogi I have been doing yoga Asana since as young as 5 through my grandpa. I can touch my forehead with my toes while standing and I'm 6'3 in height. Master Sadhguru yogi my personal favorite yoga pose is Adho Mukha Svanasana medical student Malaysia. Sir, may Lord Shiva bless you with longevity🙏🙌👍

Which channel is recommended for right yoga practice? Vinyasa, restorative and ashtanga. I saw in one of the sadhguru's video that most practices nowadays are not in its orginal form which could create problems.

Namaskaram. I am 67 n diabetic type 2.cannot sit on floor let alone squat....please please any tips to be able to sit on the floor first and gradually squat....all joints hurt...even climbing steps is difficult as i m only short 😢thank you.

The problem is that the model does not have a regular body with broad shoulders and proportional arms, but he has long arms and weak backs , so he is able to fold his arm behind his back, a regular person or a bodybuilder, gymnast , boxer, etc can not do that because his body is more packet in muscle.

I would suggest dont even try its better to learn professionally if you have health issues especially related to bone heart and so on .

Do it gently, I can't do it either but with time you will get better. When squatting if it is uncomfortable try to use the modification/sit on something that will heighten your heels level and do it gently. it will do very good for you.

@@wellofinfinity Heels aren't the problem. Many people including me cannot bend knees fully. I can do a half squat which works my quads and glutes so that's a bonus. Otherwise sit in a chair

Same number of cycles, but you can do the modifications. That is, you can sit on a chair instead of squatting. It's clearly mentioned in the Inner Engineering program
