If this is what you can do with pics imagine a 360 nude body scan doing different moves than than you can do anything with it and layer on new clothes and do any kind of poses.

There are cheaper way... free to do methods. Photogrammetry is the process. Some mobile apps like, polycam, Kiri engine, widar. Or take photos from your mobile keeping the subject in well lit condition, preferably overcast day, or evening, behind a place that can cancel your shadow. Download reality capture, which is now free. Also the one used in the video is reality capture. Take pictures from whole subject 360, get closer and take more for details, the software is smart enough to use these images in mixed to bring best results
