@@gggfx4144it's impossible to remain at 100 unless you are clinically dead. Do some chess puzzles (lichess is good for this), then focus on basic moves and minimizing blunders through solid logical moves and simple openings. All major chess channels have videos on the basics. You will be at least 600 very soon.

@@ABlueThing Stockfish’s Elo doesn’t exist on the same scale as Hikaru’s because they play in different pools of players, which for Stockfish is other chess engines. If Stockfish were to play amongst human players its Elo would basically be immeasurable since it would never ever lose.

I watched a good few of Hikaru's bullet games and it's nerve-racking how intense it is without almost any breaks. He gathers momentum and just sails through grandmasters while humming 80's classics, discussing his moves and talking about yesterday's pasta. incredible

Hey Levy and community, I started this year into chess, played it as a kid so I knew the basics, but dived right into it now. And I think diving ist the correct term. I dived in an oceaon and don´t know where to swim. I now have kind of a direction but what would be great would be DEEPLY analyzed games. I watched a few videos of the "Best games" series but those were to qucik for me. Is there a video series I can watch that analyzes a game/games move by move?

i mean idk but its so weird (not referring to any cheating whatsoever) but whats weird is that hikaru loses so badly in like actual broadcasted events such as cct over the board and the online cct which happened a month ago and he lost the first match even in last cct online before the otb event he loses so many games irl but almost none online i dont get it but this is so weird like for example magnus dominates in online just how he does in otb vhess and so does caruana alireza etc
