#injury #recovery #skateboarding Last week hurting my arm on the kick flip was a bummer. It's okay these things happen while progressing and figuring out skate tricks again. It took a lot of will power to just relax and rehab and keep stretching, eating right and exercising as best I could. I'm glad I did, I'm coming back with a vengeance for the kick flip this week! Get out there and practice you'll be glad you did and it's the only way to get better! 😅 🧙🏽♂️🛹

Keep shredding and stay tuned for more. It's been a long time off the board and I just wanted to share my experience for anyone looking to get back into skateboarding or even if you're new to it. I've missed skateboarding so much and after weight gain among other life issues skating just took a far back seat. Well my friends the time for regret is over because I'm back and loving it. I'm just a little bit older and heavier but with a healthy diet, exercise and skateboarding back in my life the pounds are melting off. (down 50lbs to date of this video!)
