Yes, but I could think of wayyy better uses for $38 million. And altho' I love the views, I don't love the decor, so it would definitely need a make-over for me. Oops! There goes another $5 million (at least)! AND there's no place for my bird feeders! I mean, do any birds even fly that high?😂 No, it's definitely got some impressive features, for sure, but not worth that money to me! Did it even have an indoor pool, movie theater, library, outdoor shower, sauna? OTOH, great video, Caleb.😍 Always that casual cool vibe, and even a little sexy.😉.

@@MurderSkatezthose views Ofcourse are better than 99% of NY but NY sucks badly...it’s sooo dirty,dystopian,rats and garbage all over the place 🤮 only way to don’t see,smell that 💩you have to be billionaire and live soo hight up,fly with helicopter from rooftop to airport directly to don’t deal with all NY downsides...In Swiss alps I’ll live there happy and I hate all apartments principally.I hate concept of bird cage on top of birdcage,dealing with neighbours and apartment living in general..nothing like a house on huge peace of land where neighbours don’t even see you’re house.38 million Can get me stunning huge land with private beach in Italy,grow own fruit,make🍷,sail on stunning boat,eat amazing food and my own hotel,spa with amazing restaurant and no 🐀,garbage bags,negative stress of the dirty city,no neighbours with any rights to tell me when I can make sound,play music or do whatever...well,I guess that’s the reason this place is and will be long time on sale or stand empty most of time(only way it will be bought is as investment,launder some cash,avoid some taxes-have it sort of companies CEO house,property of company and be there just when in NY max couple times a year.Most Sky scrapers are half empty for that reason,it’s like living in bank safe box more than in home,dystopian almost alien,insane place to live,be in..for 3-4 million I can get my own peace of mountain with beach in Mediterranean ,with my own 🍇 🍋 🍊 olives grows,+2-3 million more I can build there much better house,proper palace,+4-5million I build me my dream boat and rest of 38 million can be well invested and I would live as in paradise now realistically and don’t need to deal with city BS hell on Earth NOW...😂 so yeah,trust me no normal person buys,lives in these properties,yes they are made,sold and bought as sort of bank account,numbers on screen and papers when you just have made too much,to don’t pay taxes more than nothing...

I'd guess about $4-6m depending on how you furnish it. 6500sqft is pretty affordable. If you use regular materials, you can make that for $600-750k in large swaths of the country. Most people don't go that big though, because it's just more to maintain.

maintenance fees, energy, utilities, management fees etc...are all cheap at this price point. what will really cost you money beside buying it are the taxes associate with owning such a property !

that’s the nature of scarcity, of course not everybody can live with views and space and luxury like this within a 10Mio city…space is limited, space with view almost non existent…but luckily everybody can experience the views, just go on top of the rockefeller

I’m with Caleb, I liked the guest bedroom the best. The rest was the most pretentious space ever, more like a tourist attraction. The partition & the continuous marble slab… just snooty. I was in the marble biz & my stepbrother still is. Continuous? Not all that impressive of a feat… transporting it up 600’ , slightly more difficult.
