2 years ago I couldn’t eat meat without puking. Doctors couldn’t find out what was wrong with me but it went away within a couple months. I honestly thought I was crazy and faked this. Good to know there’s something that actually happened. Most cases are in VA and that’s where I live
Can't rule out that the tick has already been weaponized. Odd coincidence this is happening when a certain group of global elites want to remove beef as a food option. No certainly no one would release genetically manipulated mosquitoes to "cure disease" yet we see the first malaria cases in decades on US soil. What an odd coincidence.
Please my husband has this for five years. Honestly he has other blood disorders since then. Terrible disease and not all doctors diagnose this accurate.
Buddy had this back in 2008. No Doctor diagnosed it. A few years later he was talking to a random guy in a restaurant who knew what it was. Back then, nobody knew really. Still no treatment, but he finally got a Dr to diagnose him. He couldn't eat any red meat for 4 years
My dad went hunting back in his 30s and he came back allergic to all forms of beef. He’s 60 now and is still allergic to beef. However, the weird part is that if the beef has no preservative products (as in naturally acquired with no chemicals) he can still eat it. It truly is a weird allergy and it is a huge inconvenience on his life.

I had Alpha Gal for 15 yrs I'm 64 its horrible, no 4 legged animals including pork deer rabbit red meat,also no dairy, but I can do Cheddar cheese in the block,not shredded! It never is going away, and you can not go to restaurants well you can but I don't trust anyone I don't know with my life ,even if they touch meat then make a salad I'm dead! Just be safe everyone with Alpha Gal! Eat chicken, fish turkey vegetables fruit beans , turkey bacon, ect vegan pudding and almond milk you will survive 😊❤
Hi! I have had this for 30 years. Would go to ER with no blood pressure or very high blood pressure because my body was trying to save me. No beef, lamb, pork, milk, lots of medicines that are made from mammal, Can't smell it or touch it. Really severe after I was on an iv of Remicade for crohns disease ( which I think was caused by it) Allergic to chicken and turkey and tuna. I start feeling like I'm leaving my body. I now get severe cardiac symptoms. I need surgery for a severe neck injury that has made me not be able to work. Hospital says I am severe high risk of dying because of all the meds needed that are made with mammal. So, I slowly am losing my walking , movement, etc because of the neck injury. Have considered leaving but waiting for workers comp from my severe neck injury at work which Walmart 's ins com won't pay .
Wait, do we get the alpha-gen syndrome when we eat meat from animals bitten by the tick, or do we get it when the tick bite us? Or it can be caused by both?
It’s only when the tick bites you. The reason is because this protein found in animals can be processed through the digestive system. However, when it enters through the blood stream after a tick bite your blood cells cannot break down the protein, therefore attack it like a virus.
Sadly, I am living my life like that because of meat intolerance. I really don't remember if I was bitten by a lone star tick but I have had this for almost 10 years.

This not real I have the syndrome and u don’t get it from someone cooking meat and u only have a reaction if that animal ur eating had the syndrome also

We need to have this as a mandatory vaccine for all children in schools. It is a small inconvenience to save the animals and convert future citizens to humane vegan dining.
A lot of shots aren't suppose to be taken either if you have Alpha Gal. There are tons of medications you can't take either. For instance Lisinapril ( for high BP) Lots of pain Medications & Gel caps. No Jello or Marsh mellows either . It's crazy !!! My son found out that he has it a few months ago, and the learning about this disease is non stop !!! I hate it for him !! Even smelling a Burger cooking makes him sick. Also no dairy at all. I have a lot to lean.
