2:30 It was a good video. I think an extended version might help people who have already seen this video. I think at that timestamp it would have been good to at some point mention the energy gap of an example Dielectric compound as long as it is as simple a molecule as possible. The suggested Glass might be an OK example (Silicon Dioxide) or maybe something which is just one element. Maybe nitrogen would do, even though it is unlikely to appear in a capacitor.

Caps are also used in guitar amp circuits to filter out or amplify certain frequencies for tonal character.
