Responsibility:
Though Richard Cabral had a rough upbringing and spent years of his life in prison for shooting a man, he didn't give up. He turned his life around for his family, first by finding a job at a bakery owned by Homeboy Industries that focuses on helping former gang members reintegrate into society, and second by discovering a new career path as an actor. He took acting lessons, performed masterfully, and in 2015 he was nominated for an Emmy.
It's never too late to take responsibility, put your life in order, and do something amazing.
