How a Golden Retriever and a Kitten Became Best Friends Compilation 

This is why I never understood how people ask if you're a dog or a cat person. They're both gorgeous animals.

My golden saw kitten in a ditch, I was stopped and she jumped out the window and went after kitten, it was so tiny, she picked it up and brought to me, from that moment on they were inseparable. She would push kitten up to food bowl to eat, then what was left she would eat, they slept together, played and loved on each other everyday, was wonderful to watch.

It always amazes me how dogs know just how gentle they need to be with small creatures like this kitten.

Bailey has a big heart and a sweet disposition. We need more humans in the world like him.

This dog has more class than most people today it seems.

OK, I'm a 64 year old dude in Dallas, some might even refer to me as a bit grizzled, but that is the most adorable dog and cat video I have ever seen. Yep, even old dudes can accept how wonderful our pets are; they for sure can melt our hearts🤠They are heaven sent as are my children and grand children. I'm a very fortunate man😇

That dog has the patience of a saint! The kitten is like the most annoying little brother in the world! So lovely to watch them 😍

Once Bailey learned that the cat wanted to play with him, he became very interested in little Simon, and Bailey learned how to be friends with the cat. And Simon learned to love his big dog friend. We humans could learn many lessons from these two.

my wife and I have been married for 40 years, in that time span we have raised 2 kids and 8 labs.our kids are grown and on their own, my wife and I are both retired teachers.we have 2 in house now. a 9month old and a 3 year old pound rescue.pets have played a major role in our lives.they are ALWAYS loving . they give so much and ask so very little in return. I am 100% certain that they have made our family more loving and caring and taught our kids to be caring and loving adults.

So hard not to smile. What a precious friendship. 💝

Our first Golden helped a stray cat, who took up with us, clean her kittens as they were being born. Those kittens had no fear of Nikki and often would curl up between his legs as they laid on the floor. We named the mama cat Chewie and she was a member of our family for 18 years. Best cat ever.

Love being reminded of Simon when he was just a kitten and how quickly he bonded with Bailey.

Simon and Bailey are the so cutest best friends in the world! They understand each other without words.

Those two are too freaking cute. I can’t take it! Man, I love cats & dogs so much. We might save them, but they save us every day. Our furry companions give our lives meaning. They are one of this life’s most incredible things. There aren’t many things better than a waging tail, wet nose & fuzzy face at the end of a rough day or waking up in the morning. Much to our surprise and delight this is currently happening between our new kitten and our Airedale lady. Due to her prey drive there were a few "lunge-ey" moments, but the little guy is so confident he wouldn't take no for an answer. He just snuggles up to her and that's that. She doesn't have a say in the matter. 😊 EDIT: a year later we got an Airedale puppy and another kitten and we no longer need television for entertainment. Just a sturdier house. 😆
