(It has a pump with temperature sensors on the outgoing pipe and the pipe that goes back into the heater when the water has been pumped all around the house. If the return water is still hot enough, it'll pump the water around without reheating it - if it has cooled down enough because the radiator gave its heat to the room it's in, the heater will reheat the water while pumping it around the house).
