i appreciate how Renyi is transparent about his privilege bc that is important to him to start his business the third time, or even to start a business to begin with, due to the capital needed to start a business. But ultimately, despite his privilege, he has proven himself. I love that this video keeps the story real without concealing any important facts. It really helps that I am also feeling quite lost when my peers are getting internships now too. Thank you!

Not commenting with bad intention, But myburgerlab was my all time favorite, and still do in my memories. I just hate to say that i now only go to MBL for Ultraman and Nasi lemak when only i had craving for these 2, I missed going for beef burger...

I used to work at mBL. The one thing I missed the most was the work culture and vibrancy and my favourite burger, Beautiful Mess. Renyi as a boss himself is genuine and humble, relaxed and respectful. He even remembered me when I last went to the Seapark branch and asked how I was doing. He may not have made some good decisions that people have criticised with respect to the pricing, service and product quality… but I do believe in him as a person and creator. He has a heart to do his best. I don’t expect him to be perfect as a previous employer because it’s truly a lot to manage in a business. Yet, he left me feeling appreciated and recognised as a former employee. Thanks Renyi for creating a space for people like me who was feeling lost in my mid 20s to work there part-time and then meet likeminded individuals who then became my good acquaintances. ❤ I look forward to the changes you want to implement after acknowledging the shortcomings within the business in this podcast. Sincerely wish you guys all the best, from a former Lab geek! 🫶🏻🏆

Great podcast. Remember, some people have more privileges than others, so everyone’s journey is unique. Finding your own path takes time because you’ll be different from every generation before you. Even I’m still struggling to find mine. Maybe one day we’ll all discover our own way instead of being stuck in society’s system.
