What do I do I’m in a different kind of situation I was in a car accident needed surgery to get my spleen removed and my mom didn’t believe me so without my permission and taking advantage of the situation being in the middle of me being major drugged up from surgery and also memory loss and confusion from a blood transfusion my mom took advantage of me I felt harassed attacked and so I feel like it should be thrown out

My boyfriend is being charged with domestic against me not on my will I went to his court today to say I do not want charges pressed the state took it over they say they have a witness and I had been drinking alcohol before going to the hospital I believe that the nurses peer pressured me knowing I was under the influence to say he did it which he did not when my blood alcohol results came back they said I was over the limit and made me wait for hours until I could leave now he is stuck in jail for 2 weeks until the next court date because he can not afford to get bailed out can they legally use what the nurses say when I was so heavily under the influence of alcohol?

And it was injuries on the both of us

Hey the prosecutor and ADA wants now speak to me Tuesday about my wishes to dismiss charges against my child’s father . He Has been incarcerated for 9 months and the court date he had on Friday was canceled which was pre trial . Hi can you please contacts me asap i Need helo .can avo be made by police no fight or nothing close but a year before i had to call them for domestic violence at All .a Past incident then throw out of court , nothing but now hes in jail for not a thing ,more then year.
