Have you ever wondered if the videos showing the war in Ukraine on your feed are real? Turns out, some people online have been taking captures from the customisable video game Arma 3 and sharing them as if they were real.

I mean play any modern warfare sim game, and you would tell it's from a game, idk as someone who has played warthunder in the past and some other modern warfare games, the explosive just look exactly like video game explosions to me

Literally takes a 12 year old to spot a fake video, not seen this on any serious media, so yeah, makes you a pretty crappy source for anything.

i never watch combat vids of current wars but there are exceptions.. i have no desire to see people get killed.. besides alot of the REAL combat vids are edited to support a narrative which ukraine is doing quite alot. its best to just ignore the vids all together KG!

Don't be so naive: we're not talking about games, we're talking about war and death. And if you die in the real life, you can't just respawned, like in the video game. So therefore, don't mix games with reality: real war is NOT a game.
