Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying run as The Keeper, Dr. Fetus, Ipecac, Haemolacria, Sacred Orb, Rubber Cemen.. Early on it was Ultra Hard, Can't believe I didn't do boss rush. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like , Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Thought Devil rooms can be pog too. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. Dr. Fetus and Ipicac does make you immune to your own shots (but no other type of explosion), but the synergy gets ruined with any item that causes the main shot to get split in any way, making it so that you would be immune to the initial shot, but all of the split off shots are still able to hurt you.

2:41 Just so you know, you should almost never take experimental treatment with Keeper or T. Keeper since it can decrease your health by 1 and you can only get it back by picking up a health up item.

Dr fetus needs bomb homing, the bombs dropped from it are coded as normal bombs, so they also take bomb effects but not tear effects

Next time you get the spirit sword. If you have hameloacria and you get the spirit sword, every 3-5 sword strikes you get a projectile (something like a pencil) then you would have your synergy but less often then it would be much better Spirit Sword OP thanks to

Wait a second. That was a 1% Planetarium on the first floor. And he got Terra! Mind you, there are 11 Planetarium items: Jupiter, Luna, Mars, Mercurius, Neptunus, Pluto, Saturnus, Sol, Terra, Uranus, and Venus. So, for him to get Terra, it would be a 9% chance, since 1/11 is 0.09. Now, that doesn't sound so bad... until you tack on that a Planetarium has a 1% chance of spawing on the first floor with no items. So, with the chance of getting Terra specifically being 9%, and the chance of a Planetarium spawning on the first floor is 1%, that would make finding a Planetarium with Terra inside a .09%, since 0.09 x 0.01% is 0.0009. My conclusion? Mattman is HELLA lucky.
