A habanero stout sounds delicious…if not a flaming assault on the taste buds! (Habanero is my favorite tasting pepper) As a home brewer, and someone who agrees with John that craft brewers care more about the beer, there are so many different types of hops with each having their own flavors and bitterness and you should find someone with different hops to do a smell taste. It’s quite fascinating in my opinion.
It's very interesting finding out all the different elements that go into beer making! I'm slowly getting more into craft beer, and it seems like a lot of fun to experiment with all the different ingredients
