For the rockets I think there is three components 1- the front warhead could use anfo as an easy substitute 2- the rocket we could use a mixture of iron oxide+sugar+potassium nitrate that could launch the rocket a couple of miles 3- the flight stabilizer or the fan you could use a model that will eject it's wings when unleashed or build a perfect tried and tested reliable wings for the back of the rpg ammo
