I hate that Titanfall 2 barely works. It's so amazing. What pisses me off more is it was just on a huge popularity wave until the ddosing got really bad. You're lucky if you can play a 1 or 2 matches an hour without getting kicked.

The hackers destroyed their own community to play a version released to the continent of asia. wtf

I think this does not go into enough detail on one thing: they have hoped to monetise their version of Titanfall. It wasn't just to revive Titanfall Online.

It’s crazy how they wanted to revive Titanfall games and thought pissing everyone off to make them not want to play the game even more was the solution, and are thinking it’s not their fault.

Titanfall 2 works for me, but multiplayer is not working right. I have to play a match and then exit multiplayer before it times out. If it times out, I lose all edits I made on my pilots and Titans in that session. Multiplayer is also really laggy.

Same thing happened when I purchased Star Wars Battlefront 2 remake, as it was on sale (oh I wonder why). Turns out the game was unplayable majority of the time, at least 95%. Game would freeze upon menu opening and would not go past it. If it did, the game was surely to crash in-game. I complained to Microsoft store customer service that I wanted my money back bc the game was fraud, due to unplayability. They knew what they were doing when they put it on sale (horrid reviews)

Honestly i kinda agree that the respawn is like... The worst company that could have a game, but fucking their other game up doesnt fix the broken one... Its sad to see that they cant even fix apex servers which they have a lot of people working on :/

To be honest, after this all came out I switched over to playing something other than TF|2. Started with Battlefield 4, then went to Apex. Currently enjoying Apex, don't think I'll return to TF|2 any time soon. It's a sad tale of manipulation by a master manipulator and I know it's mostly all over with now, but just a bitter taste left..

This is sad, I mean Titanfall 1 and 2 gets hacked just so P3508 and the other hackers could a job at Respawn and for their personal gain. Players like us just want to relax and have fun and they just kill joy many peoples' entertainment. This is horrible.

I swear if something like this ever happens to either Halo MCC or Halo Infinite I am gonna lose it.

Well, you can see that even it seems like it was p0, it wasnt. In titanfall1 0 and O are similar wrote, and it actually was dude called pO358, not p0358.

Man, all this because of one hacker, that’s messed up. This is probably the most sad story behind a hack ever too, and not in the “boohoo” way, the pitiful way.

And this is STILL going. It's a shame that hackers have effectively killed Titanfall to the point Respawn, after fixing the original exploit, realized they'd just work around it and do it again in a loop and had to remove it from storefronts to break the cycle and leave the game to die. They also reduced Titanfall 2 to just its campaign (which is good, but nowhere near as fun as multiplayer for obvious reasons), and will likely share the same fate once Respawn realizes that the same loop is going to continue unless they allocate more people or stop selling them game (the former likely being prevented by EA wanting 'moar Apex'). And then Apex itself will be hit nonstop and Respawn will get Visceral'd by EA once their golden goose is plagued by the same problems. No one wins, except the hackers and EA. The hackers destroy a franchise over a Chinese MMO and not being good at the game, and EA wins because they make a shitload of money and face no consequences for turning Respawn into a horrible company and scamming people out of their money. As soon as EA was involved in Titanfall, the franchise was already dead - the hackers just found easy pickings, that's all.

Bruh I called this. I knew the hacker was in that discord blaming it on someone else. Like wtf, titan fall and apex gets hacked and suddenly a whole discord of ppl who hack start saying they know how to fix it. Too ez.

Even worse for titanfall 2, my friend was streaming it and got blacklisted, then I think they got his friendliest because they got me too, I have never streamed this game…

I stand a little with the hackers, Respawn and EA don’t listen to the community enough and they continue to milk Apex, I say hit him and make them listen, if these hackers played their chess pieces and cooperated with more groups they could’ve pulled off much more than a “save Titian-Fall loading screen”.

TF2 recently got hacked again, not sure the details but it had something to do with the hackers being able to run code on your computer without you giving input, I'm guessing its not the same people but something interesting
