Are they selling hot mulled wine on the streets at night? You should try that if you haven't. I was in Kyiv last December. Stayed near Gulliver mall and Independence Sq. Glad to see people are out and about. Next to that McDonald's is an Uzbek fast food hut. Nice hot food there also.
Yes they are.. I saw several places have it, but unfortunately I never tried it. Yeah the Gulliver area is quite happening. Can't wait to go back under better circumstances.
