In this video, I want to show you how light pollution impacts astrophotography. Earlier in June, I went to Cherry Springs State Park and captured 2 hours of exposure time on the Iris Nebula. When I came back home, I wondered how the image of the same target would look under a more light-polluted sky. I didn't expect such a significant difference, guys!
Here is the list of equipment I used to capture the Iris Nebula:
Telescope (80mm APO): bit.ly/4asUxsM
Camera: bit.ly/3sVdUKX
Filter Wheel: bit.ly/4a7IUHM
Mount: bit.ly/3sXb5cx
Guide scope: amzn.to/3Rvm8mk
Guide camera: amzn.to/3PfUbOr
7-port USB Hub: amzn.to/4c2dfsM
Mini PC: amzn.to/3xl5f7e
