@@Dr.J42 that tournament faced some of the greatest competition in history, Kanto, Johto, hoenn, unova and Kalos isn't even close to this level of competition, the only one that is close is sinnoh because Tobias is full of shit.
Gotta love Ash’s face after winning the league, he was basically like. “Alright that was a nice dream, when do I wake up now. Uh can I wake up now…wait is this real”
Part of me feels like Ash has basically gotten to a point where he goes in with an "at least I had fun" attitude because of the losses and is now genuinely surprised he's conscious at this moment.
@@professorpengu502What do you mean why? They literally gave Rowlet plot armor. Ash should’ve lost to Hau. Also I don’t know why they didn’t just have Ash win the Kalos league instead, having him win the Alola league just felt like a nothing burger since 90% of the challengers were push overs.
First part of it was, majority of the Naganadel vs Tapu Koko fight was done by Takeshi Maenami though and was the part that was mentioned in the video.
Looks at the Hau fight and how fraudulent that win was. Yeah sure he’s him sure he is. And I honestly like Pokemon and want him to succeed but like no his fight against Hau in the League was so bs and required so much plot armor it's not funny.
He became a champ in the smallest regions inaugural league, a region not known for battling, said league had 0 entry standards at all, and the final battle was 3v3 and not 6v6.
Alola region was just meant to help Ash find what he missed in Kalos, which is learn to have fun and connect with pokemon nature. JN Ash was fusion of XY and SM Ash, which made him on par with other champions
Nah Ash beat the allegations , but you cant lie, the allegations got so bad , blud had to go to a region where they've never had a tournament to win. Alan and Tobias scamming his wins got to him 😂
I do admit "Counter the Counter" does sound pretty stupid but I think it works. Counter in and of itself is an attack so naturally it can be Countered. It may not work like that in the games but neither does Electroweb working like a trampoline.
@@castform7 Yeah. Which honestly, good on the anime for applying their own logic. We've long since known they don't always follow game rules. I don't know why people keep expecting them to 100% keep those rules.
I mean it was technically Guzma’s own fault for Golisopod letting Scizor take the fall. It’s his responsibility as a trainer to know when Emergency Exit will activate.
But the way they set it up made Golisopod look evil. Its like Guzma wasn't the one controlling his Pokemon but Golisopod is the one in charge who decides who goes out and fights.
Yes because the call was incorrect they declared hau the winner because they thought incorrectly that rowlet was knocked out do you want hala to lie on behalf of his grandson
@@professorpengu502 It’s still bs either way since Richie’s Pikachu didn’t want to fight Charizard. Even in the games when your Pokémon refused to listen to you it didn’t make the battle a disqualification.
Ash doing a Kamehameha as the move to literally confirm the end of his career (outside of that champion league thing) may be the best iteration of anime characters doing a Kamehameha
The “magma” both inceneroar and torracat were coated in is probably their blaze ability activating (in game, it activates at low health and boosts fire moves)
Just remember, the time between Ash starting his journey to Alola is only about 3 months because in Journeys, Kukui and Burnette have a whole ass child in between the time of Sun and Moon and journeys, which takes 9 months. Ash is still 10 by the end of journeys, so he did all of the stuff between Kanto and Alola in 3 months, or less
@@aidanhammans9337 I mean time obviously exists as people age. Even if we just say that years are longer on that world, it still would mean that between alola to journeys was 9 months because a whole child was born, unless everyone in Pokemon is not a human
14:28 -14:38 ...... i cracked up hard and immediately subscribed blud actually made pokemon episodes intresting for me (i love memes)🔱🔱....them dubs and reactions and memes are good to cover up the friendship and plot armor bs .........good work dawg 🗣🗣🗣🗣
To be honest, Ash's hair in this saga looked like he got electrocuted, and has tried to flatten it out like it use to look. This was also when it seemed like they tried to make Pokemon look like Yokai Watch
I agree but some of the staff remained the same like Aito Ohashi who did Naganadel vs Tapu koko did alot of stuff during XY as well. Tho the sun and moon staff was much greater
Nah cause they actually did my man Hau dirty af, in what scenario is putting a mf straight to sleep not a knockout. Like decidueye had rowlet counting sheep but big man Hala said nah, he's taking a luh calm nap
Didn't ash get disqualified because Charizard just decided to sleep instead of fight though? Hell in anime terms it's weird that sleep isn't treated just a straight up k.o tbh I mean either way your mon was unconscious for a prolonged period of time.
@_-Emerald-_ Same difference isn't Charizard was sleeping in the arena because it didn't care about battling causing the loss it was an extended period of him doing nothing which led to the disqualification. Rowlet was down for long enough that the judge could make the judgement that it was unable to battle due to literally being unconscious hence should have still been a disqualification as rowlet still made the choice to sleep for an extended period of time instead of fighting.
Nah bruh the Hau win was mickey as hell that's some bs they even declared Rowlets sorry ass knocked out before Hala made that call. Hala just does not rock with his grandson fr
They just had to make Hau upset in the anime as well. He was very upset in the games, when he would otherwise not taking any of his prior battles seriously.
