You know? These guys work hard, sweat and barely no health and safety equipment. They are keeping skills alive that the young men who come to work at these foundries etc, learn a trade. This is also keeping a lot of people employed whereas other countries rely on robots and other automated processes. Yet through all of the heat, dust and other issues, they can still have a laugh and they just get the job done - often with tools and devices that have been welded together to do the job. Other countries should follow this example so unemployment is reduced significantly. Well done to all these dedicated, hard working men.
