Those children should be in school studying science and math not working in a factory under terrible working conditions. Hell the adults should be wearing feet hand and eye protection. Very sad to watch this. Goes to show that people around the world are not the same. Some care more about the welfare of their people than others.

We can all agree that these probably arent the best made rotors, but taking in consideration of the primitive work environment, tools, and methods and all with no PPE whatsoever, that's pretty damn impressive! My hats off these skilled hardworking men.
the West needs to learn from them, they will assemble a rocket without any technology, they will do calculations on toilet paper without a computer, everything is simple and dust-free.
To everyone complaining about safety and quality control, DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT, These hard working men know what they are doing try to do the same when you are poor sanctioned and live in a country that can't afford to give you nothing, At least they did something from nothing with their bare hands.
