Bros acting like Japan didn’t just walk into china and said “hehe mass genocide” Edit for all the people saying justify the rest I can't do all of it I was choosing Japan because of the amount of war crimes against Chinese people which I will not state those crimes for obvious reasons but you do have a point America has made a lot of big mistakes that have cost human not soldiers but human lives to pass away and for the people saying civilian targets from the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki fair enough like I said we've made mistakes that have cost human lives which for the survivors and descendants of the survivors/victims I'm so sorry for your losses and I hope your life is better from here on out
when you realize that it was a myth. Repressions of Stalin killed only a million, not 26 how it says. Imagine, 26 millions would be 1/6 of the ussr, how stalin could kill that much people and how could we defend ourselves against wehrmacht if we lost another 20 + millions?
Yep. This video just straight up told that ”aMeRiCa NuKeD jApAn iN 1945 tWiCe ! AmErIcA iS bAd !” Meanwhile japan attacked america in Pearl Harbor. And thats when the war between Japan and America started.
But the problem is most things about America Especially in American Schools They will only look at the good side of America And thats really bad For how can you stop yourself from doing a mistake if everytime you do a mistake that mistake is removed from your memory
Yes one of the biggest and worse war crimes in history of mankind. Between 90,000 and 146,000 people in Hiroshima and 60,000 and 80,000 people in Nagasaki died. Innocent civilians, children and babies. Pulverized and most later tortured by the radiation effects. So not only did they kill hundreds of thousands but they also ruined millions of people’s lives, because they cannot live there anymore. The consequences are immeasurable and so is the cruelty.
@@uranague7572 it was either that or operation downfall, the use of nuclear weapons was horrid but it was the best of a really shit situation. You know the imperial Japanese government wouldn’t have surrender. It was either the nuclear option, or a full invasion and annexation; Japan would have become a much larger Hawaii.
LGBTQ: how baad baad can i beee? Also LGBTQ: alright, let's mock religion (I made the edit because I thought it had a sarcastic play on words but I did not realise it did not work that way)
Tbh the bombing really to intimidate the soviets but also because the us didn’t want to do another beach assault because they thought it would end up like Omaha Honestly it was the only way in our eyes to get the Japanese to surrender
@@mite3959they never get scared off we nukes 1 city with a huge population for the time and they didn’t give a shit it probably motivated them the imperial Japanese were religious in never giving up sometimes peace doesn’t work and it sucks we live here
Tbh america also pointed 19739 nukes at ussr. Furthermore if the ussr needs to nuke usa, they don't need cuba, they had nuclear submarines mounted with TWENTY RSM-52 (they had 6 of these beast)
@@snsnsnsn88Russia literally made a deal with Ukraine after the collapse of the USSR. Ukraine give France, UK, America and Russia their nukes and in return Ukraine gets security guarantees (no invasions) but then Russia pulled a Versailles on ukraine 2 times.

@@uhhhprussia ??? again, this is a vid about the stuff usa did to some japanese civilians, so what do the actions of the japanese emperor have to do with this?
Yes every country, has definitely bombed half of the world or invaded several countries, or sent people to the gulag thats definitely for all countries.
fun fact: the bombing of hiroshima and nagasaki was useless, the united states and all the countries knew that japan was going to surrender anyway, so yes, the bombing is not justified
@@jerikovargas1708 so was Pearl Harbor, but at the end of the war they weren’t going to surrender bc in Japan at the time they would rather die than surrender, so the U.S really did have a reason bc it was their last chance of getting them to surrender and why is your profile picture a WW2 Air Force pilot if u think America is such a evil place.
bombing civilian targets isn't a human right violation? specially when you're "liberating" them from dictatorships? the us did worse on those countries than your "corrupt terrorists"
@@mythicpvp4031 never said that. Alot of the countries america bombed did alot of bad things, and they're getting hate for it. America has troops helpimg the fight in civil wars, against terrorist groups. But no one cares, it's all about the past.
that thing is america is much worse then modern day russia, but people act like russia is all in the wrong and there is even some things justifying russias invasion. Because Ukraine is very likely a puppet of the usa (there is evidence that in the 2014 coup in Ukraine the USA was involved) does this mean russia is in the right? No, afrterall, war is bad no matter what. WW2 was a special exception
@@mite3959Rather that than millions of Japanese being thrown into the battlefield to protect some insecure munchkin. The Japanese were indoctrinated to fight to the very last man to protect their emperor (civilians included) and to never surrender. The nuke was the ONLY way to force a surrender at that moment.
Bruh. The USA invaded Mexico to get bigger they invaded Canada to get bigger they invaded Iraq for oil not for 9/11 they invaded Panama for a goddanm canal they bombed Pakistan during trump's term the CIA did far worse things than every other intelligence agency in the world the only who needed to get bombed was Japan and the USSR did fucked up things themselves but the USA has done far worse overseas and to American citizens as well.
@@cubanguythe USA is a saint compared to the Nazis the Nazis were far more destructive than any of the ally’s including America. The Nazis ravaged the European continent within 6 years killed millions within the time period. @@Jaketalks272maybe but that would have made the war last longer, still all the rich countries have done bqd things so theres no point at saying who is better
Y'all do know that if the U.S. didnt use nuclear weapons, every last citizen in Japan would have tried to kill any soldier that would try and dismantle their empire?
Occupation of American allies and having a different political ideology, isn't worse than bombing and occupying, destroying economically scarred countries.
@@HealzHSWell have you ever learned of Nanking? Also japan did focus on civillians in asia, also did you know that Hiroshima and Nagasaki had great military bases?

@@codestiindividui9844most of the time they thought "alright guys these countrys are doin some bad stuff " then they bomb and it's giant like Japan it meant to destroy a military base but someone rigged it I think to be much stronger someone from korea but yeah I'm not USA fan boy tho
Honestly though, the atom bombs were the best alternative to end the war. (Just hear me out) So Japan was an honor crazed society. Defeat to them was considered to be the biggest discrace. When the U.S. liberated all the islands in the Pacific and it was only down to Japan, every citizen in Japan was prepared for an invasion. You got to understand that the Japanese Media HATED the Americans and basically told their people that they were demonic canibalistic monsters. Each family in Japan was willing and prepared to kill any Americans on sight without question. In order to end Japan's onslaught, the U.S. would need to have Japan surrender. However, this would have costed the lives of millions on both sides. So the only option was to demonstrate a highly powerful weapon to make Japan surrender and end the war.
Every country DID something bad regardless. We shouldn’t be comparing them, because in the end of the day, their futile and should only remain in the past.
To those defending Japanese atrocities and war crimes, saying, "Nuking was too far!!!!11!1!11one!!!11!1!!!!!" US nuke death count: Up to 226K people Japanese war crime/atrocities death count: Up to 30,000,000 people (Up to 133 times more)
@@GroguBeWildn Hiroshima and Nagasaki were basically military base-sized cities. Hiroshima was a real military target, as there were factories and other facilities there, and most people worked for the military and other affiliates.
