I worked in Pizza shop in the UK, new one that opened, i was delivery manager, you would be suprised, how easy it is and cheap to make your only, as long as you have a pizza tin to size you want, i use 7 inch tins, butter them, put in ove on own high heat till smoking that will help season the tin, stop the sticking later on. happy to pass on my reciepe, then once dough is done 140g, is 7 inch pizza, put your fav topping on, let me know, will give you fool proof, reciepe, simple base sauce, the rest is your taste
