There is an invention; known all over the world under the name “tables”. Their big brothers, the work tables, can very well prevent the frames from looking like they have been in use for 10 years when they are delivered. A second, no less helpful invention are boxes. You can place the finished parts into this and then carry them to the next production station. You don't have to throw everything on the floor. Rarely does it make parts better.
Maybe they can't afford luxury's that other countries and manufacturing businesses can. I mean they have kids working there with wedding rings on there fingers so needless to say things work a bit different where they come from

Tables take up space and they break. Just tossing stuff around is faster and labor is cheap, just have couple guys just for picking things off the floor. There is no OSHA and no QC standards. There is only one priority, production, production and production.
This is not mass production. This is something between artisan production and mass production. If this was filmed in the 19th century, maybe then you could call it mass production. But this is not 21st century mass production.

I had a bicycle that looked like a motorcycle back in the day. It weighed a ton. It even had real shock absorbers in the front and rear. Once I got going on Coney Island boardwalk, I couldn't stop if, even if you had a baby carriage. Lol
You could save a lot of money in labour and parts cost if you made a big standard rigid frame bike without the fake suspension and over engineered frame…invest in tables and packaging

Basically a very heavy, ugly fixie. Painful to see how they are wasting resources on these. Just buy some cheapest Chinese made bikes, at least there is some quality.
