When are polygraphs admissible and not? I've never understood why they matter in any way
@AxelCross
@AxelCross 2 года назад
They arent admissible in 99% of circumstances in most jurisdictions. They aren't reliable enough. I've heard that a person can beat a polygraph simply by taking some benzos beforehand. That may be apocrypha, but they still are known to be more art than science, just like examining bite marks on a person's skin.

How do you steal money with prepaids? If you steal prepaid cards, there’s no money on them. The cashier has to add money on it through transaction. And no cashier is going to just add $160k on cards without cash or card payment. I used to work as a server at PF Chang’s, and a lot of people would try to pay with stolen prepaid gift cards and there would be no money on that shit. I would call the card company and they can tell if money was put on it or if it was stolen off the shelf.

28:00 Its because hurting children is a Abomination not a crime. It probably doesn't help that almost anyone who has ever committed a crime, most likely has had some experience with abuse when they were kids. And lets not forget that most of everyone who has ever committed a crime typically were raised solely by their mother and the father really wasn't ever there. There's a bit more to it, like the wish to return to innonence and the respect that comes along with it, the idea that only the weak prey on children and women, of which most people who have committed crime to a large extent has spent some time to gain some type of dominance to expel weakness so forth and so on. So yeah there is multiple reasons and purposes some more than others and some all of the above. But yeah its a abomination something not worthy of life, in a majority's eyes. The problem is there is people who are accused and convicted of it, that are actually innocent, and they get placed up with the others.
