Finley is incredibly powerfull and I love it, (as I have a real bias towards murlocs) so I can't wait to play it before it gets nerfed :)

I'm a bit confused by your math on the Gloomstone Guardian at 5:12 or so. You have it showing -5 mana crystals when the cost is already accounted for. If just looking at the removal of one mana crystal then it would be one or maybe two mana (if you consider it taking an extra turn to get to 10 mana). In this case, the value of the card would go from 2.5 mana to 6.5, changing the utility ratio (I think).

My logic is simple. If you play this card at the beginning of the match and decide to destroy one of your mana crystals, then over the next 6-4 turns you will receive one less mana crystal each time. So in the long run you can lose between 4 and 6 mana per match (I'm using 5 mana in my calculations, although I should have increased this to 6 to determine a more accurate minimum value). At the same time, in the late game, destroying a mana crystal will not cause you any damage.

Wouldn’t it be cool if there was a “test” mode you could play against friends only and have access to all cards? Yeah Blizzard would never agree but it’s a shame so few people get to play with most of the coolest memeable stuff.

@@thebloon9061 The miniset is not the best investment for new players, it's 2k gold. The catch-up packs give a lot of cards for new players, like 50 cards if you don't have any. They should be offered for new players maybe, I'm not sure... Also there will be a rotation of the older cards in 2 months .

@@thebloon9061just save as much gold as possible. Reset quests to get ones with higher Exp value. Spend gold only on first expansion of 2024.

This miniset is shit... I'm going to pass it by and it won't change the meta!! I will soon uninstall this not fun game!! Well, my chest has been guaranteed since the 5th, I've been playing the games that EPIC GAMES gave for free!! Much better than Paladinstone!!

Nobody plays ranked anymore , like nobody at all , ranked is dead and has been for a longggggggggg time , the death of Esports for HS has reinforced this , i genuinely dont know why they are even bothering anymore with it , just put Devs into the only game mode people play which is BGs now and even that is on a razors edge of dying as 6/10 of the biggest BG content creators have all quit and gone to other games in the last year . none of this is good for the health of the game long term . blizzard have really dropped the ball , like Diablo Imoortal dropped the ball.
