How Broken is Acheron E2? 

Hi. I tried Asagi sim back when it came out and i personally dont like it since you can't manual play there and adjust rotation as well as strategy for the best outcome for each character. For example you wouldn't cast a Pela's ultimate on Ice weakness-broken character when its about to take a turn as it will instantly clear her DEF shred before Acheron uses ult. As for E0 Acheron's damage. Its really split into segments of each cycle quite hard and there is always a room for better play. On one of the cycles you might just stack her talent while on other cycle you can ult twice so yeah it can vary massively depending on the battle situation. Same can't be said for E0 Dan since you just spam 3x E

@@Nito2p asagi is much better now imo, more optimised rotations than other calculators and smarter use of ultimates, unlike calculators that just follow rotation you set

​@@BelialRus Asagisim for sure it is better than most excel ones but starrail.tech just lets you manual play which i prefer more. But all in all simulation does not determine superiority or inferiority of a character anyway as there are too much variables in a real battle. its just fun to look at and hoyo really good at fine-tuning value of new DPS/Support by increasing damage ceiling slightly to keep up with meta

I use asagi also, just know it doesn't count ulting 2 times in 1 cycle so you have to add that in there if your trying to calculate damage for your acheron. I use it for my e2 dan also once i calcs 2 ults she wipe my lunae. Still both are very strong.

I displayed E6 TY team as well on 2:10 and adding RM would both ruin the 6 cost rule of the showcase as well as not solving anything since i tried with her as well imgur.com/a/qbPKKVx SP economy can be manageable past 2 cycles if you lower sparkle's speed by 30~ but expectedly it will yield significant drop in overall DPS. 961k for 250AV and 1.3m for 450AV. No one would drop so much speed just to make SP economy manageable

Gallagher generally an upgrade but not always consistent one, since you need to apply all debuffs with her ULT release and he only gives 2 stacks once per ~250 AV and has not changed anything in E2 showcase but overall most bilibili simulations i've seen using this site with SP generating support and most people judge it as fair in CN TC community. Acheron definitely have a good potential with sustain that apply tons of debuffs like FMC+trend against multiple enemies or bosses with self-apply debuffs like True Sting

@@Nito2p Fire mc might become a meta sustain for her. We kinda miss nihility which will make enemies berserk(+spd, -def/res or increase damage taken, might be + dmg or some sort of advance forward too, it will make overprotective sustainer builds and eidalons more valuable. Also it will help Clara and maybe will make Welt ultimate imprison/imaginary break effect much more valubale. I realy hope HoYo will add something like that. And while writing this I even forgot about dots, esp BS will really appreciate that stuff too) at that point, lol.

First of all, follow-up attckers aren't a class, but I get you're special and have trouble conveying what you're trying to say, so don't worry 🫡 everyone learns at ttheirown pace. Il explain it to help u out a bit. SOOOOOO in this game called honkai star rail there are multiple classes, of those classes there is a class about buffing units called HARMONY and a class about DEBUFFING enemies called nihility, NOW if the game were too add a new character that was focused on buffing your team what class do you think they would be. Nihillity(the debuff class) or harmony(the buff class) GUESS what big surprise, but the buffer would belong to the harmony class(NOOO WAYYY) If you're still confused, feel free to ask me. eh I find it hard people suffer from sp economy just get sp positive team mates or use sparkle talent. Ur enemy is dead before ur sp even runs out lol

SP economy can be manageable past 2 cycles if you lower sparkle's speed by 30~ but expectedly it will yield significant drop in overall DPS. 961k for 250AV and 1.3m for 450AV. No one would drop so much speed just to make SP economy manageable. It's just a nature of his E2 giving you so much free turns but not being able to take advantage of it past 2 cycles. starting 6 SP and 50% energy on team really is a huge deal

still not. beyond 2 cycles will be an issue. and do remember we have more endgame content aside from MOC which is purefiction. there are few things to take notes of, 1) is elemental weaknesses. DHIL is on disadvantage if enemy is not weak to imaginary while acheron ignores elemental weaknesses. 2) as we proceed onwards, we will have more supports for acheron giving her more consistency and enabling her to spam her ulit every turn and sometimes even not her turn. 3) in purefiction where you need AOE, DHIL will be a total disadvantage. that's more than 2 cycles. and enemies keep spawning. we will have more powercreep. and for whales, acheron on e6 is omega broken. even her skill and Basic atk is considered ULT and ignores elemental weaknesses. she will be spamming 2mil++ ULT every turn where DHIL completely unable to compete.

I don't get the fight either... but so what if they have different elements? You're making it sound like Imaginary is SUPPOSED to be superior to Lightning. Why can't you compare Acheron with DHIL when they both fulfill the same role as main DPS?

@@confusedjay717 hmm, yess if the enemy have high lightning ress, also lightning is better if the enemy have imaginary ress. Then yeah, different element works better in different scenario.

To be fair, Acheron being able to omnibreak makes her more of a universal dps, not only lightning.

E6 Serval is better than him so no point to compare him with acheron 😂

it will continue to rise up. though acheron is future proof since she ignores element weaknesses. and for anyone whaling her to e6, they win HSR even in future content. she totally ignores elements with skill b.atk and Ult

@@bobcat5133 and its still clearable like how Seele and Jingyuan is. the positive side is acheron is safe on elemental weaknesses. and this is why if she's e6, she wins HSR. there will be more powerful than her, but she's safe more than Jingliu and DHIL is. like Kafka having rainbow team. powerful DOT will just make her better.

@@dm3124ab dhil bis slot sustain buffer also not released as sparkle is still not dhil bis support shes quantum bis Edit; for kids who has to be spoon feed a sustainer that gives sp just like the propogation buff or the upcoming support sunday who is an imaginary buffer and fyi he gives extra dmg to imaginary chars or chars where the more sp you use the more powerfull thr buff

Also E2 acheron value increases further if you have bronya and sparkle, this team gives even more stacks than having nihility teammates, precisely 10 extra stacks per 4 cycles with 162 sparkle and 161 bronya compared to sparkle pela sustain team. But with only sparkle or bronya her e2 is still very good, it's good to invest in future proof characters so i'd say if you have enough just go for acheron e2, it will not disapoint you and dps like Sam won't powercreep her.

E0 dhil isn’t gonna perform too well in PF, but for those who got E2, it’s a totally different character, able to clear PF with so much ease it’s stupid, getting an extra turn in PF is also a huge thing

@@noreakseymeang5641 and still he's bad at purefiction. e2 still has downsides.you won't be able to continuously get SP and ULT every turn. after 2 cycles, it will be difficult. and purefiction is more than 2 cycles.try it with e2 DHIL. and even Herta+Kurukuru combo is clearing better in PF. e2 acheron will even do more. she's not binded by skill points. her ult is doing it for her. and her ult can be spammed every turn at e2. plus in PF you always have more than 3 enemies. moving forward, we will have more powercreep. e2 DHIL and e2 JL would not be able to keep up in future powercreep. Acheron is just too good at both MOC and PF.

@@lsnexus2080 ik he still has his downsides, but don’t just assume he’ll be using 3 enhance basic atk every time, just 1 or 2 is enough, and if u have sparkle, even better, not saying that DHIL is better than Acheron, just saying he is still an option if u know what u r doing

@@noreakseymeang5641 im not saying he is not an option since if you have read some of my comments here, even Jingyuan and Seele still can clear. even herta and himeko are clearing stuff. this is why hoyoverse is good. inspite of powercreep, you are able to choose whichever DPS unit you want and beat the game. though there will be more powerful units ahead. similar to Acheron, Acheron is great and for sure she will get powercrept in future. what makes her valuable and future proof is her able to ignore elemental weakness. so you could keep playing her without worrying to much on elemental weaknesses. up until now, not everyone as a wide coverage of elements. perhaps if everyone already get a DPS of each element (AOE and ST) , then that's the time Acheron's value will decrease. since what she does is "DMG" and "elemental coverage" which can be solved anytime in future due to again "powecreep". there you go.

wrong. Acheron is more consistent since we will have more nihility in future applying continuous debuff. where acheron can ULT and ULT and ULT every turn and sometimes even not her turn. that's how broken she is. consider that she ignores any element weaknesses - too broken

@@jinra5732 yep. its expected to gacha. its just hoyoverse are good at maintaining P2w and F2P situation. see Seele and Jingyuan. they can still clear the content. and some players are clearing using 4stars. in other gacha games, its nearly impossible to clear using powercrept units.

@@jinra5732depends on supports. It was a leak about character who is even more sp hungrier than bronya, 2SP per skill to buff your DD. It was expected they will make DHIL version of harmony. So the take from some players about Acheron not having bis supports doesn’t make much sense. My JL can do 500k blas ult and 300k+ skill being e0s1 with 33/230 crit and 2,8k atk.

Why?with E2 You get 1 extra energy at the start of every turn. And non nihility units can debuff too you know. If anything is faster ults

the eidolon compensate that by giving you one extra stack whenever acheron's turn start

​@@evandunn9942 e2S1 gives you total of 3 stack every Acheron's turn. with sparkle/bronya you are guaranteed to have 6 stacks every rotation. you only need your supports to gain 3 more which makes it easy since Adventurine gives more than 1 stack every rotation. and we will have more options soon. even Fire MC and Fuxuan gives more than 1 stack with trend LC. you still have another support. Blackswan/silverwolf/Pela(with Luka LC) - gives stacks too. she will be able to ULT and ULT and ULT every turn. with future units that can apply more debuff, expect her to Ult even more.
