But as the housing crisis grows and resources diminish, these essential workers are burning out and leaving the field entirely. The homeless choose to be homeless. They choose not to help themselves and get off the street.

Right all the places giving them aid and support just make the problem worse. It’s the communities that give them tough love that keep people off the streets. It’s almost like places like California are enablers to these people’s drug addictions. I’m from South Texas, most of our drug addicts are hardworking oilfield men. Even Wall Street is full of productive drug addicts.
