Just a little bit of timing, try and do the Eden Quests from 1-8 before you finish 5.3, it puts the timeline in better order.

The twins are one of the most authentic and accurate sibling relationships I've seen in video games. I loved the way Almet talked about the differences between memory and history. You can't truly remember a historical event unless you lived it (memory), you can only learn what those that lived it tell us (history). That really stuck with me.

That Gaius part will lead into the Sorrow of Werlyt trials series and trust me, the story is FANTASTIC and it's really worth it. Hope y'all do it at some point. Doing this after 5.3 is good.

Ah, you're deep into 5.2! I love the Ronkan exploration, it's the exact sort of thing that scratches the itch in my historian's brain.

And now i higly sugest you rewatch the cinematic as you get your lightcrystal waaaay back at the beginning of your journey in ARR as you meet Y'Shtola, Thancred, or Ida and Papalymo. Prepare to get mindblown from content 8 years ago ;P

@@shinkicker404 its the second part of the first cutscene in the replays, cant tell how its translated into english. We all know that translations tends to be a bit more free^^ For me its "Freund oder Feind" meaning "friend or foe" And on top of that, each starting area has other questnames.

The key word people tend to overlook on that first riddle (and I did too to be fair lol) is DEFT of paw, which implies some semblence of dexterity. As a cat-like creature, coeurls aren't deft of paw, but as monkey-like creatures, opo-opo are.

Did you guys do The Twinning optional dungeon that unlocks after 5.0 in the Crystarium? I heavily recommend jumping on it and filming it since it’s got tasty lore ;P

The thing with Ardbert is that he died and his soul was left wandering for nearly 100 years after the Flood of Light. When he rejoined with us, he made us 9/14th complete. He will always be a part of us so any outward appearance of him should be impossible by rights. That also means he can’t be reincarnated either so that option is off the table.

Thought it was 7/14 since during 5.0 ending we summoned the other 7 for the fight.

@@rileyvanhellsing7751 That’s where you’re mistaken. It’s 8/14. 1 from the original sundering. 7 from the Umbral Calamities. There aren’t enough worlds remaining to summon our other counterparts. The Exarch just summoned “champions beyond the rift.”

It's very good, but I don't think it hurts continuity to do after getting caught up in MSQ. The first two tiers of Eden raid would be good to do before 5.3, with the finally tier being locked until after.

It seems like you BLEW through 5.1 without showing any of the best role-player instance to date which is a little sad but maybe it wasn't to your liking. The title is also slightly confusing because the vast majority of this video is actually not 5.1 but most of 5.2.
