Malhun was first forcing him to marry a hatun he didnt like which hurt the feelings of the hatun and and hatun even confronted malhun about she made her fall in love orhan. Which made orhan stubborn , what even upset him more was the situation between holofira and germiyans ,thats why he was full of rage here . He is a good son , but he is like this because of his love for holofira currently. Also malhun was pretty harsh with the condition she gave to holofira in order to marry orhan. Unfortunately since she does not have any experience of really loving a partner in a romantic way and that treatment same back to back,she does not understand how this love works. Yes Orhan is talking to his mother in a disrespectful way but it's also half Malhun's fault no matter what orhan did he literally did everything to convince his mother to let him marry holofira but she didn't listen at the end she allowed but put a condition for holofira knowing its a big deal for her just like for us Muslims its hard if anyone asks us to change our religion same for holofira. So clearly in this scene it's not only Orhan's fault.
