Hi Nneona Amadi, Hope you installed battery with +ve facing up and pressed the s button for more than 2 seconds. Other causes could be the battery cover has not locked correct. If no option works then it’s good to connect with customer support.

After changing the batterythe sreen is ok but whe n we insert the glucose strips the red light is not flashing .will u please help me

Hi Areeb, This is normal. Pls snap the door pushing battery and the device should be fine working.

Hi Purnima, If you notice the text on screen appearing dull then it’s good time to change battery. A weak battery can give false readings. If the cover is loose to close then probably the prongs are broken. You may need to do some arrangements to fix it, like with a adhesive tape or so.

Hi Chidera, Sry, the battery of Accu-Chek Active cannot be charged. If the battery icon is blinking then it's good time to change battery. The USB port on the side is to connect device to a computer.

Hi Sreeya, If your battery is new then other reason for device not switching ON could be the sensor window not being correctly installed. Try removing the window and install back, look if the window is locked in correct position. The red sensor light should appear exactly in the center of the green field in strip. Try also cleaning the sensor window as shown in the end of this video - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-punQE2U3Ozg.html Do let me know if you were able to resolve the issue.

Hi Akshay, This is high and could be an error. Try replacing the battery and use test strips which are no longer older than 3 months once the container was opened.
