Hi Pranav, with every use the needle loses sharpness so if you are sensitive to pain then can hurt. If there is no skin or blood infection then can decide to use needle couple of times more provided the needle is used in a very sterile conditions. Please note as per user instructions it is recommended to use needle once.
Hi Vilas, Sry, not sure which is best brand. My mom was using Glaritus from doctor recommendation. I would say better to go with doctor advice on selection of brand.

Hi Punam, Even after setting the needle penetration depth to highest doesn't work then there is some issue with mechanism of the lancet device. You may need to buy a replacement spare lancet device.

Hi Shital, Can you pls check if the battery is low. The other reason could be the test strip has expired. The strips need to be consumed within 3 months of opening the container.
Hi, Sometimes the error displayed is combination of malfunctions. Can you try fixing all errors from E1 to E5. This often helps to resolve issue. In case nothing works then the chances are the cuff is broken. The cuff alone can be purchased separate. Try using a different cuff before buying.
Hi Sanu, Sry... I missed that instruction. The screw is meant to be installed in the hole at the lower part of grill. The screw is too small and you may find it difficult to install. The screws are not mandatory.

Hey, since i did auto tuining my Samsung TV Plus App wont work. I tried updating my TV, loging in and out of my Account. When i click on the app it tells me to install but it wont work aswell... if you have any ideas i really need your help
Hey Ley, Did you happen to uninstall the app completely and reinstall. This could be new version of app is released and TV needs app update. May be auto update option is not On.

Hi Rohit, The environment temperature is too hot or too cold for the system to work properly. The operating temperature should be between 50-104 F (10-40 deg. C). Please use system after 20 min once environment temperature is maintained.
Hi Mahadev, Please check the expiry date on strips. Once the container is opened all strips needs to be used within 3 months. If the strips are okay then try changing battery once. Hope this helps.
