In this video our team has tried to show the complete manufacturing process of chips cutting machine spare parts. Accessories of the fries cutting machine are made in this factory and we tried to cover the whole process.
These parts are then accumulated into a whole machine and especially used for potato slicing.
And these spare parts were made through aluminum casting.******************************************************************************************************************

Verdaderos artesanos muy Áviles y valientes , en Estados Unidos jamás trabajarían sin ninguna protección ya que ellos extreman medidas de seguridad casi absurdas , en estos trabajadores veo que no tienen ningún equipo de seguridad y pero también persibo que son muy Áviles y con un talento especial adquirido por tanto tiempo trabajando en verdad que son muy buenos en lo que trabajan mi más profunda admiración por estos excelentes trabajadores saludos desde México.

I never realized they poured those blades. I always figured they were actual blades attached into the frame. Amazing work.

The blades are stainless (?) steel. Their endings are embedded in the aluminium. Aluminium is not strong enough for potatoe pressure ! 😉

This are Aluminium and food grade steel need to be used, though it's economical, not recommended

It’s not just the primitive work conditions, lack of benches and no safety wear…it’s the fact that all these places are such total shitholes. With dirt, scrap and junk just slung all over the place getting in the way and waiting for someone to trip over it. No matter how poor you are keeping the place neat costs nothing. I wonder if their houses are the same? 🤔
