Na cheat days are only for lazy people who do nothing physical most the day then hit the gym for 2 hours. When you walk atleast 10 thousand steps or more a day like we are supposed to we wouldn't hafe to worry about chest meals foreal. We Americans also eat way to much and that alone is not healthy

@@mikefitzpatrick4310k steps isn’t that much😂 at my old job I was walking minimum 25k a day sometimes over 35k if it was extremely busy and I worked OT. Currently I only do about 12-15k a day though since I’m a truck driver. Once i park my truck for the day or in the morning before driving I’ll go on a small run/walk just to make sure I’m staying somewhat active.
