I had the same thing when I was alot younger. Didn't know that was even a thing until she broke up with me. I was lucky just like you that nobody took her seriously but my emotional situation was in tatters. I didn't trust females for ages because of this.

My case was not as bad as yours for sure, that really suck mate, when I was working as a bouncer I had a female customer say that if I didn't let her into the club to see a band that was playing there that night, she was going to report me for assaulting her and attempting to 'drag' her into a corridor to rape her. Of all the things I was attacked with working that job this was the one thing that scared me to the point of changing my job because if she'd done it I knew I'd be stuffed. A couple of days later she came in again and asked me why I was so miserable because I didn't greet her in a friendly way, I had been polite like I was to all customers but just not friendly enough for her liking. It was a stressful few days just thinking it over and over, luckily I had friends and one offered to walk up and break her nose. It made me laugh (I said no to him of course) but it broke the spiral stress.

The hashtag in the description of the video says '#NotAllMen , but definitely some of you…' saying that they know men aren't all the same, and these questions aren't directed towards the males that do/say/ or think that way. So at 0:21 to 0:28 (or so), their responses to this video don't make much sense as they clearly don't understand, don't care, or didn't read the description which says that 'we know not all guys act like this but certain questions or comments in this video are for those certain men that they (they being the questions) apply to.' At 0:50, they go on to say how the over-sexualization of female characters in video games (which us why females hate games, at least what they had said) is the same as males in rom-coms leaving everything they have for a woman; the two things are drastically different, and don't have (much if any) correlation at all besides the two sharing the subject of gender. The sexualization of females in games can and does, affect our real-world by people thinking that it is okay to sexualize real-life females, and expecting them to have big breasts, small waists, and big thigh-gaps (etc.) which on top of making females feel incredibly uncomfortable, also re-enforces our expectations of how a women's body should look like. And yes, men can feel uncomfortable about the stereotype of the guys leaving everything in their life for the women, and could as well intertwine with the real world as people could think that's how all men should behave for a women, although that's just not *as* big of an issue as the (over) sexualization of females has become. *I do agree with what they said at **1:22**. (**2:30**) Not all men dislike romantic comedies, and not all females do not enjoy video games, it can be specific things that are included in the movies or games that might lead people to start disliking them, or, they might not have any problem with what the video games and movies have in them. (**2:59**) I do think that women should take action and 'be the change you(they) want to see', but the way they went about talking just sounded rude and like they would just make a video reacting to the movie and cause it slander if the women were to make it. (**3:25**)When she was talking about the men who sit around and talk about females boobs, it seemed as though she was speaking about how men (again, I'm bringing this up) overly-sexualize women and only see them for their bodies and nothing more, and if their body doesn't "live up" to the stereotype of how a women's body should look like than they don't matter. And that is not to say that all men do that, they do not, I know that, it's directed to the males which do that and say those things about females. You don't understand how those jokes can affect people who have been raped. (**5:40**) If you're Black, then, of course, you should be able to make jokes about the racism which you have experienced because that's *your* trauma and your right to use laughter as a way to make you feel better or to just make a joke, but if a white person were to make a joke revolving around racism (now, I'm white, so when I say it would be racist, I mean that I personally feel that it would be offensive towards BIPOC as I don't quite have a say in what is perceived as racist or not) I think that it would be racist because that person has not, and will *never* have to experience racism against them, therefore they can't understand the even deeper meaning/ level to that joke, therefore shouldn't make that joke. (6:44) A lot of times, women cannot, or feel as though they cannot, speak openly about how they feel because of how society has made us feel about opening up. Also, you saying that women arent conditioned to feel that way (that women can speak their minds without fear or people attacking them.) is kind of contradicting what you're trying to say as it can make females feel as though they can't speak what they feel more than they already feel they can't.
