The future of AI and machine learning is closely entwined with the future of jobs and the corporate world. Various companies, including IT giants like TCS Wipro Infosys, are using AI tools to increase the productivity of their employees and enhance the overall workflow. A lot of IT companies are today looking forward to becoming AI first companies while others are doing the AI work in a very Ad Hoc manner. Future of AI technology and future of IT industry in india are linked with the manner in which these companies will conduct operations in the future. Future of AI in India and the use of AI technology by the IT services companies like TCS WIpro and Infosys can change the careers of several IT employees.
How will AI affect jobs? Or more specifically, what will be the impact of AI on IT industry or what will be the impact of AI on employment? To answer these questions we first to need to consider the impact of AI on Business. Companies have two primary concerns, the first is revenue increase and the second is cost reduction. Both can be achieved using the AI technology because it is possible to replace a lot of work which was earlier done by a group of people with an AI tool, this increases the resource productivity, on top of it, this will also result in cost reduction.
This tells us that the impact of AI on business is going to be certainly in the favor of folks who are interested in increasing their business revenue or lowering their business expenses. How AI will impact the future of work and life depends heavily on the impact of AI on IT industry and the impact of AI on business in general. Because the IT industry will be among the first industries to be hit by the new AI revolution and how AI will change the world. Future of IT industry and future of AI will determine how IT employees and workers in general across the world work in their corporate companies.
How AI will take jobs? AI can do the job of a lot of people faster and more reliably than them. This is why many folks today want to become an AI first software engineer, or maybe an AI first Data Scientist. As people who don’t want to dive into an AI first domain, like many IT companies too are not in the present time, we should look at the impact of AI in various domains. You should search for AI in corporate training, AI in healthcare, AI in marketing, or AI in education, or AI in cybersecurity if you want to learn about the domain specific impact of AI. This is the way to do the AI integration into your workflow in an Ad hoc way.
