How Computers Handle Negatives - Two's Compliment 

In this video, I explore how computers handle negative numbers when all they have are ones and zeros. I am working to deepen my own understanding of pointers in C as part of my efforts to write a C compiler and explore how computers work. It's simply a hobby as I work as a Python developer, far from the low-level code that I explore in my free time.
