i just lost my 4 years progression on apex legends from my ps4 account, when i tried to move from console to pc I found my account empty as if i just started the game from 0, thank you very much EA, never playing your stupid game again.

I lost all my unique cosmetics from my Xbox when I ported over to the EA app as the main. Also, the currency and levels accrued did not transfer over. I'm not really all that salty about it as I am exclusively FTP and hadn't used my Xbox account in years, however, I'm pointing out that the function did not work as stated in the video. For those that have spent money, this requires either a refund or correction with compensation.

This is bs I’ve lost everything from my main account and now I’m stuck with a lvl 10 account with nun of my stuff. I’ve spend over 700 dollars on YOUR game and can’t access a penny. I’ve already been in contact with you guys for the last 2 months and was told there was no fix. Smh I would expect more from a “multimillion dollar company”

( Antes de segui o " tutorial ", procure como vincular sua conta EA com as outras plataformas, depois você vem aqui) Gente, ao invés de baixar o game pela steam ( bem como jogar pela steam), baixe o game pelo app da EA no pc. Quando você for abrir pela primeira vez o game ( quando baixado pelo app da EA) ( desinstala o jogo do pc se ele foi baixado pela steam), irá pedir para você escolher a progressão ( a mais antiga ou a nova caso vc jogou pela steam que no caso é o save local) assim você escolhe se você irá aderir ao cross ou não ( caso você queira a progressão vc escolhe a opção mais antiga q provalvemente eh o save da nuvem) ( antes eu jogava no xbox e agora to no pc e agora estou com a progressão do xbox no pc, juntamente com minhas moedas, heranças, skin e etc..). Espero ter ajudado !.

I have 1 account and when the cross progression thing happened it reset my account back to how it was a couple of weeks ago. I have spent money in those weeks and now it is all gone. Please fix this.

I don't even have multiple accounts. It asked me to login to apex with EA account and gave me a level 1 account. My steam dashboard is showing progress but when I open it there is a fresh account.

Legit just lost all progress on the BP, all my apex coins, treasure pack progress and around 4 months worth of miscellaneous things. Despite all this, I understand that I’m lucky to still have my og items from 4 years ago, while others have *everything* gone.

I just did cross progression on my ps5 account, i was sadly only jumped to level 14 with 11 new packs which may be from my pc account, instead of my primary account which is level 784 on xbox ):

Went from being lvl400 on my way to lvl500 to lvl370, all the stuff i unlocked after lvl370 are gone too. My battlepass was resetted to 0 when i originally just unlocked lvl 100. I even bought the battle pass when i reached lvl 100 and just a day later, all of it were gone and back to 0. I don't even have other accounts, just 1.

I finally got cross progression to work for me. I played on Xbox for years and just recently switched to PlayStation. I didn’t do anything with my Xbox account. When I bought my PlayStation I used a different email for my EA account than I did for my Xbox. Thats why it didn’t automatically transfer my stuff over. So what I did to fix that was created a second account on my PlayStation with the same email address (outlook) that I used for my Xbox account. Then I deleted the first account I created for my PlayStation. Whenever I went to play Apex it asked for my EA account information. When I went to put in my old email (the one I used for Xbox and my main account) it failed due to there already being an EA account linked to my PlayStation. So I went to EA and unlinked my PlayStation account since I don’t care about that one. DO NOT UNLINK THE MAIN ACCOUNT YOU’RE WANTING TO TRANSFER. After I unlinked my PlayStation account from EA I went back to Apex and signed in with my outlook email (same email I used for my main account). A few seconds later it logged me in and as far as I can tell I have all my skins, legends etc. Hope this wasn’t too confusing and can help some other people get theirs figured out!

I played Apex on my Xbox and linked it to my EA account and I had all my stuff, but now it's all gone. I got into the game and everything I had wasn't there. I didn't unlink my account or anything, starting to think it unlinked itself. I can't relink them because the damn cross-progression thing isn't showing up when I hop onto Apex and every video I watch is completely useless

I have the same email for all my gaming accounts and havent been able to link my ps4 account with the one on xbox. Systems request a 6 digit code that never arrives to my email and y cant complete de linking procces.

How apex cross progression works: it doesn't. last year the apex cross progression thing completely wiped my nintendo switch account clean, legends, skins, things i PAID for, all gone. I sent bank statements proving my purchases to EA support asking for my money back or my data back but I received no refund and was told my data was 'lost'. I had to start a new account on pc, which by yesterday was actually a much higher level than my old switch account. Now imagine my shock when I log in to pc yesterday and see my account wiped a second time and reverted to... drumroll please... MY OLD SWITCH ACCOUNT. yeah, the data EA refused to refund me for and told me was 'lost'. clearly it wasn't lost data then, was it? because how has it just appeared out of thin air now? what was the point in lying to me? could you just not be bothered to fix my problem appropriately or did you not have enough staff after you laid off 5% of your employees? at the risk of sounding like a karen this is the WORST customer service i have ever experienced in my life. it is appallingly bad. you guys really do not care about your player base. if i don't get the data i'm missing again back, i am never touching apex legends or any EA game again. why should i, if you'll just take people's money then wipe their data clean and refuse to fix it, even though it's well within your power to fix?

I have my xbox and px accounts linked to 2 different EA accounts, is it possible to link my xbox account to my pc account and carry over the progress and cosmetics from my pc account to my xbox account. Im told if i unlink i will loose all my progress and items ive bought. i find this really stupid, ive paid for everything so why should i loose it.

Unbanprocessing is the channel that recovered my skins and heirlooms after I lost it to cross progression

I experienced an error on my network only when I was playing online on bf2042, but after I checked my wifi I didn't experience any interference and it could be said to be smooth when playing other games. can someone help me? and i play on apac server. and when i try portal mode, its just the same lag happening to me.. they tell me to use lan network and i did.. but doesnt change anything. And then they tell me to change dns and i did but doesnt change anything. its just the same lag idk why.. and by the way i play battlefield 5 and all went smoothly, no network problem, no fps droping. no anything. pls help really want to play this game tho
