The author explained that there is a lot of misunderstanding of that image. In no way shape or form did Palpatine have anything directly to do with Anakin’s birth. The official story appears to be the same ad what is shown in this video.

@@andreasschaeflein4233 no, i think Plo Koon would still failed Anakin not at the same level as Obi-Wan but still, Ki Adi with all that psycho tendencies he was. Better suited because he had family already, kids and all that, he was a Jedi Master and knew how to deal better with emotions. And yes, I imagine Anakin asking if he didn't felt a thing, and Ki Adi responding a line similar to Kratos do not misunderstood me boy, do not confuse my lack of emotion with lack of Grieving
