How deaf people perform Bach 

Music full of suffering, pain and hope: Johann Sebastian Bach’s “St. John Passion” moves people. Even those who can’t hear the music. At the Leipzig Bachfest, deaf and hearing people perform it together. The inclusive ensemble “Sing&Sign” shows how they stay in synch, accompanied by the “collegium thomanum” choir and “Weimar Baroque” orchestra.
