I imagine the home design guy being like: “when an adult tooth falls out, timmy reinforced it with GALVANISED SQUARE STEEL, and assemble it with screws from his auntie.” 💀
Don't wanna be that guy, but there's no pain during/after an implant surgery, as long as everything was done correctly. The only patients that report mild pain are those who receive massive bone or gingival grafts, since we have to manipulate larger areas, leading to more inflammation
I went through this 11 years ago. After administering the anesthetic, the dentist used thin, flexible instruments similar to needles to clean the canals inside my teeth, removing decay and infected tissue. He told me to raise my hand when I felt pain, which I did. In the next session, he drilled a hole and inserted the implant post. Then, in a subsequent session, he secured an abutment with a screw and tightened it with a tool. In the final session, he attached the crown, which is the artificial tooth.
I like the fact that the normal teeth are yellowish and the artificial one is completely white. Remember, the normal color of teeth are yellow even when healthy (not in this case obviously) and the whiteness is from the whitening agent found in most toothpaste.
